初为人师时,我被分在县直一所小学担任学前班老师。元日前夕,县教育局要在全县举行一次幼儿故事比赛,校领导决定让我负责这件事。这对我是第一次,可我挺自信,总觉得小孩子讲故事无非热闹一下,只要能把故事背下来就行。于是,我选了三名口语比较好的孩子,又分别给他们找了适合的故事,然后通知家长请他们配合。家长们都很乐意,并很虚心地问我怎么辅导,找不假思索地说:“让孩子把故事背
