Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, the CPC Central Committee has correctly analyzed its national conditions and has made a scientific conclusion that our country is still in the primary stage of socialism. The 15th CPC National Congress reiterated and further clarified that our country is still in the midst of its initial stage of socialism.
