在饲以高脂饲料的基础上,4组SD大鼠分别用0、2、10、50(mg/d)茶多酚喂养5w,观察茶多酚对大鼠血脂及抗氧化作用的影响。结果显示,饲高剂量茶多酚的大鼠,其血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和动脉粥样硬化指数均明显低于高脂对照组(P<005);在各实验组中,上述各指标的降低有明显的剂量效应关系;血清及心肌组织过氧化脂质高剂量实验组也显著低于对照组;红细胞中SOD活性,饲中、高剂量茶多酚的大鼠分别比对照组高9%、12%(P<005)。提示茶多酚具有较好的降血脂和抗氧化作用。
On the basis of feeding high fat diet, 4 SD rats were fed with 0, 2, 10, 50 (mg / d) tea polyphenols respectively for 5 weeks to observe the effect of tea polyphenols on blood lipid and antioxidation in rats. The results showed that rats fed high doses of tea polyphenols had significantly lower serum total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and atherosclerosis index than those in the high-fat control group (P <005).
