本文用3个不育系和4个恢复系的不完全双列杂交设计试验和12个杂种的联合区域试验,在自然感病条件下,研究了菌核病抗性的配合力和遗传力等参数。结果表明:菌核病抗性的一般配合力选择是有效的,在抗病育种的亲本选配上居于重要地位。向日葵菌核病抗性的遗传能力较强,遗传是主要的,环境影响是次要的。通过早代选择,有可能选育出抗菌核病的材料。
In this paper, the incomplete diallel cross design of three CMS lines and four restorer lines and the 12 regional hybrids were used to study the combining ability and heritability of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum in natural susceptible conditions parameter. The results showed that the general combining ability of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum was effective, and it was important to choose the parents of resistance breeding. Sunflower Sclerotinia genetic resistance is strong, genetic is the main environmental impact is secondary. Through early selection, it is possible to breed anti-sclerotinia material.
