在中洛输油管道建设中由于施工原因,致使泵站出口 8 km处的管段在投产预热中严重变形(见图1、图2),局部阻力增大,限制了泵站出口的输油压力,成了全线“卡脖子”段,造成中洛线长期达不到设计输油能力。 鉴于冷冻封堵技术室内试验已经成功,在管道局倡导下,由新乡输油公司与大连光明化工研究所合作,在中洛线变形管段换管中应用了这一新技术。光明所负责管道冷冻封堵与解冻,新乡输油公司负责技管施工。并确定在实际应用之前,光明所完成管材的低温性能试验,两家共同开展现场模拟试验和编制冷冻封堵换管施工组织设计。
