研究了分别带有抗病基因Xa-1至Xa-11的抗源品种对我国3个白叶枯病菌菌株的抗性反应。结果表明抗病基因的Xa-2、xa-8、xa-9、Xa-7、Xa-10、Xa-11对供试菌株均表现高感;Xa-4、x1-5、Xa-6表现抗病;带有Xa-1,的kogyoku和带有Xa-3的品种Wase Aikoku3虽表现抗病,但似乎并不是抗病基因Xa-1和Xa-3的作用。一般地说,籼亚种抗病品种多为全生育期抗病性,粳亚种抗病品种均为成株期抗病性,而爪哇亚种抗病品种多为成株期抗病品种,但也有全生育期抗病性品种。这种抗性表现时期的差异似乎与普通栽培稻种的分化有一定联系。
The resistance of three resistant strains Xa-1 to Xa-11 to three strains of X. oryzae were studied. The results showed that Xa-2, Xa-8, Xa-9, Xa-7, Xa-10 and Xa-11 showed high susceptibility to the tested strains. Resistance to disease; kogyoku with Xa-1, and Wase Aikoku3 with Xa-3 did not appear to be resistant to the Xa-1 and Xa-3 resistance genes. Generally speaking, most of indica subspecies resistant varieties were resistant to the disease during the whole growth period, while those resistant to japonica subspecies were all adult-resistant. However, most of the indica subspecies resistant varieties were adult- But there are also varieties of disease-resistant during the whole growth period. The timing of this resistance appears to be related to the differentiation of common cultivated rice species.
