通过7个水稻品种的灭菌土与不灭菌水稻土的盆栽试验和4个品种的田间调查试验结果表明:水稻不同的栽培条件、不同的品种、不同的生长发育期,水稻根际土壤真菌的数量、种群动态及根际效应是有差异的。未灭菌土壤的盆栽试验,根际土壤每克干土的真菌数量范围是273~24359个,各品种平均真菌数最高为6429个;灭菌土盆栽的数量范围是每克干土154~15118个,各品种平均真菌数最高为4488个;田间试验,最高达34369个,各品种平均真菌数最高为9128个。水稻根际土壤真菌的根际效益都很显著。最高可达191.9倍。田间水稻根际土壤真菌较盆栽的丰富,未灭菌盆栽上的根际真菌穗期以前一般较灭菌盆栽土丰富。
