於潜镇成人文化技术学校,1999年被评定为杭州市示范性成校,2003被定为临安市职业技能培训站,2004年被定为市农民素质提高工程培训点,2006上半年经评估验收,被评定为杭州市第一批市级社区教育实验单位、浙江省第一批省级中小企业职工培训示范基地。学校曾获省自考先进集体称号3次、杭州市自考先进单位称号2次；多次被评为临安市成教先进集体,2004年度被评为临安市农民素质提高工程先进集体,2005年被评为杭州市农民素质培训示范基地。 近3年来,於潜成校积极配合镇政府开展各类实用技术培训128场次,培训1.5万余人次,帮助农民通过发展种植、养殖业增收3000余万元。为积极提高从业人员文化素质,满足社会青壮年提高学历层次的需求,学校先后开办了经济管理、行政管理、涉外财会、电算会计、电脑文秘、农村幼儿教育、教育管理、双证制高中等15个专业班。参加大中专学历教育的人数达625人。成校根据农民、职工的需求,积极开展职业技能培训,为失地农民、下岗职工、待业人员举办了职业指导员、农业信息员、水库管养工、家禽家畜饲养工、商品营业员、家政服务员、中式烹饪工、蔬菜园艺工、农副产品推销员等培训班,发放高、中、初级资格等级证书1550本,学员培训后就业1225余人。
