通过对5200m高海拔地区12名男性战士以不同速度负荷行军时心率、心率恢复率、血乳酸、很累感发生率的变化观察,探讨人体在该地区体力活动时的适宜心率和负重量。为使85%的战士保持一定的连续行军能力,在实验的基础上,初步提出了人体在海拔5200m高原行军时的适宜心率为120~130b/min,行军速度2.5km/h和3.0km/h时的负荷重量界限分别为12~16kg和8~12kg。
By observing the changes of heart rate, heart rate recovery rate, blood lactic acid, very tired feeling when 12 male warriors marched at different speeds in 5200m high altitude area, the appropriate heart rate and weight bearing capacity of human body during physical activity in this area were explored. In order to maintain 85% of the soldiers’ continuous march capability, on the basis of experiments, the preliminary human heart rate of 120 ~ 130b / min at marching altitude 5200m, march speed 2.5km / h and 3.0km / H when the load weight limits were 12 ~ 16kg and 8 ~ 12kg.
