JK型提升机盘型闸闸瓦用宽80mm、深2mm的凹槽与衬板上凸台固定,左右两侧用带斜面的压板加螺钉压紧。这种方式有以下缺点: 1.由于制动力沿滚筒切线方向,故闸板也受有切线方向的力,当滚筒变换提升方向时,闸板比容易沿切线方向往复运动。闸瓦背部80×2mm的凹槽受施闸时的制动力(摩擦力)的作用,容易磨坏棱角,致使闸衬松脱,甚至沿滚筒旋转的切线方向甩出、摔坏。 2.压板装在闸瓦左右两侧,仅起夹住闸瓦
