近日有媒体报道,财政部9月初提交的千亿元减税规模的增值税全面转型方案已获国务院批准,减税规模保底为1500亿元,有望达到2000亿元,2009年1月1日起实施。
Recently some media reported that the program of comprehensive transformation of value-added tax of 100 billion yuan tax reduction submitted by the Ministry of Finance in early September has been approved by the State Council. The scale of tax reduction will be 150 billion yuan at the end of the year and is expected to reach 200 billion yuan on January 1, 2009 Implementation.
