目前关于推土机铲刀的基本参数的确定多半采用近似的和经验的方法,尚缺乏适当的理论根据,不能充分地满足实际的需要。现有计算方法的主要缺点是: 1、确定作用在铲刀前壁上的水平分力没有适当的根据; 2、没有考虑铲刀的曲率对挖掘阻力的影响; 3、所采用的计算简图不能完全反映出挖掘时土壤的实际流动现象; 4、挖掘比阻力系数是纯假定值,因而不能保证有足够的计算精度;
At present, most of the basic parameters of the bulldozer blade are approximated and empirical methods are still lacking, and there is a lack of proper theoretical basis to fully meet the actual needs.
