The rapid rise of the Russian financial conglomerate in the process of privatization has become a leading force in the political and economic life of the country and has a negative impact that can not be underestimated. This article analyzes the short-term and long-term development trends from different aspects according to Putin’s attitude towards financial industry groups after he took power.
