胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)系统主要包括胰岛素样生长因子(IGFs包括IGF-Ⅰ,IGF-Ⅱ),IGF受体(包括IGF-Ⅰ受体,IGF-Ⅱ受体)和胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白(IGFBP,包括IGFBP-1~6).IGFs结构上与胰岛素部分同源,与特异性受体结合而发挥胰岛素样调节代谢和促进组织分化、发育的作用,并与胰岛素受体有一定的交叉反应,其作用活性受IGFBP调节.近年的研究发现,IGF系统与糖尿病及其并发症的发生、发展密切联系,正日益受到重视.本文旨在综述有关此方面的研究进展.1 IGF系统的一般特性1.1 IGF生理人血清中IGFs主要分为两种类型,IGF-Ⅰ和IGF-Ⅱ,主要来源于肝脏.胰岛素生长因子Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ,生长介素C)为分子量7.6kDa,含70个氨基酸的多肽,它调节GH的作用,IGF-Ⅰ还可抑制垂体产生GH.它与IGF-Ⅱ、胰岛素结构相似.在体内,IGF-Ⅰ由肝脏和多个其他组织所分泌,循环IGFs主要来源于
