通过微观组织分析和因素设计试验,研究了新一代汽车发动机中硅钼蠕铁排气管延伸率不足的原因和主要工艺因素对延伸率的影响。研究结果表明:造成排气管铸件延伸率不足的原因是钼、磷等碳化物形成元素向晶界偏析并生成晶界碳化物或复合磷共晶;影响排气管铸件延伸率的最主要的工艺因素是随流孕育。
Through the microstructure analysis and factor design test, the reasons for the insufficient elongation of the silicon molybdenum vermicular graphite iron exhaust pipe in the new generation of automotive engine and the influence of the main process factors on the elongation are studied. The results show that the reason for the insufficient elongation of the exhaust pipe castings is that the carbide forming elements such as molybdenum and phosphorus segregate to the grain boundaries and form grain boundary carbides or composite phosphorus eutectic. The main influencing factors on the elongation of the exhaust pipe castings are: Process factors are with the flow pregnant.
