中国矿业联合会会长朱训日前提出,我国点多量广、给国民经济提供了重要支撑的矿山企业,要从资源储备、适度开发、多元发展等角度确立可持续发展战略。 一是资源储备战略。既要注意节约与保护已有资源,又要努力挖掘矿山深部及周边地区的资源潜力。二是适度开发战略。年产量定得太低,没有经济效益,矿山难以生存;定得太高,很快资源被采完,矿山就要闭坑。所以应产量适当,处理好眼前和长远发展间的关系。三是两种资源战略。既要走出国门利用外国资源,又要走出企业大门到矿外开发矿产资源。四是多元发展战略。矿产勘探
