In 1996, it was the first year for the food safety law enforcement work to further change the working mechanism, and it was also a year when the main body of law enforcement changed. The health law enforcement work must be more standardized, scientific, and strict to adapt to the new situation; and further strengthen health law enforcement. Expand the publicity coverage of health regulations; broaden the coverage of public health supervision in rural areas and improve the public health conditions in rural areas.
