耳鼻喉科与眼科合作在鼻内窥镜下行鼻内泪囊造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎32例,有效率为100%。术中应做到1.泪囊在鼻腔内定位准确,防止术中误入泪囊外;2.鼻内造孔要在1cm 以上,以利于术后造孔开放和引流,防止拔管后造孔再闭塞;3.放置的扩张管要固定牢,防止术后过早脱掉,导致手术失败。
Otorhinolaryngology and ophthalmology in nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy 32 cases of chronic dacryocystitis, the effective rate was 100%. Surgery should be done 1 lacrimal sac positioning in the nasal cavity accurate to prevent intraoperative lacrimal sac missed; 2 intranasal hole to be more than 1cm, in order to facilitate postoperative open hole and drainage to prevent extubation Hole occlusion; 3 dilatation tube placed to be firmly fixed to prevent premature take off, leading to surgical failure.
