80年代出现的准分子激光屈光性角膜手术引起了屈光手术的一场革命,1992年 Buratto 等将准分子激光机和微型角膜成形刀两套设备结合起来,提出了准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK),被认为是一项最合理、最有研究前景的屈光性角膜手术,我院自1998年2月开始施行该手术,目前已行33例59眼,现将术后随访3月以上的20例37眼报告如下。1.资料与方法1.1.对象:年龄18~41岁,平均27.35岁。男5例,女15例。双眼17例,单眼3例,术前屈光度—5~—24D,平均—11.39±1.82D,散光0~—4.5D,平均—2.15±0.92D。等值球镜分布见表1。
In the 1980s, excimer laser refractive corneal surgery caused a revolution in refractive surgery. In 1992, Buratto et al. Combined an excimer laser and a miniature corneal knife with two sets of devices and proposed an excimer laser in situ cornea LASIK is considered to be one of the most reasonable and most promising refractive corneal surgery. Since February 1998, our hospital has performed this operation. At present, 33 cases have been treated with 59 eyes. After operation, Follow-up of more than 3 months in 37 cases were reported as follows. 1. Materials and Methods 1.1. Subjects: aged 18 to 41 years, an average of 27.35 years old. 5 males and 15 females. 17 cases of binocular, 3 eyes monocular, preoperative refraction -5 ~ -24D, average -11.39 ± 1.82D, astigmatism 0 ~ -4.5D, average -2.15 ± 0.92D.
