本文旨在比较甲型肝炎(HA)灭活疫苗两种免疫程序(标准程序:0、4周,缩短程序:0、2周)的免疫原性;以及同时接种其他疫苗(如乙型肝炎、白喉、破伤风、脊髓灰质炎、狂犬病、伤寒、黄热病、乙型脑炎和霍乱)对HA疫苗免疫原性和反应原性的影响.作者使用Smithkline公司生产的HM-175株甲醛灭活HA疫苗,每剂含720ELISA单位.在第2次免疫后2周采血以世界卫生组织提供的标准血清为参考品采用竞争ELISA法检测HA病毒(HAV)抗体,抗体滴度>20mIU/ml为抗-HAV阳性.于接种后30分钟开始观察局部和全身反应.
The aim of this article is to compare the immunogenicity of two immunization programs for hepatitis A (HA) inactivated vaccines (standard procedure: 0,4 weeks, shortening procedure: 0,2 weeks) and simultaneous vaccination with other vaccines (eg hepatitis B, Diphtheria, Tetanus, Poliomyelitis, Rabies, Typhoid, Yellow Fever, Japanese Encephalitis, and Cholera) on the immunogenicity and the reactivity of HA vaccines.The authors inactivated the HM-175 strain of formaldehyde produced by Smithkline HA vaccine, containing 720ELISA units.After 2 weeks of the second immunization, blood was collected to detect the HA virus (HAV) antibody by competitive ELISA with the standard serum provided by the WHO as the reference antibody, the antibody titer was> 20mIU / ml -HAV positive 30 minutes after inoculation began to observe the local and systemic reactions.
