张力减径机轧辊要求工作层具有高而均衡的红硬性，高的耐热性和良好的耐磨性及耐蚀性。本院研制的硬质合金辊套用于宝钢无缝管厂生产直径７２ｍｍ的钢管，各项技术指标及使用寿命均达到进口轧辊的水平。本文扼要介绍了硬质合金辊套的性能、生产工艺及试用结果。
Stretching reducer roll requires the working layer has a high and balanced red hardness, high heat resistance and good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The hard alloy roller sleeve developed by our hospital is used for the production of 72mm-diameter steel pipe in Baosteel seamless pipe factory. The technical indexes and service life all reach the level of imported roller. This article briefly introduced the performance of carbide roll sets, production process and trial results.
