Competency management is the focus of human resources management, training and development strategy and plays an important role in maintaining the competitive advantage of the organization. Vocational competency training is a very effective measure for competency management. It is necessary to promote organizational competency management and should be implemented in accordance with its work philosophy and working procedures.
