利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDX)等方法建立了Zr-Fe-Cu三元系700℃等温截面。证实此截面存在2个三元固溶相Zr(Fe,Cu)和Zr_2(Fe,Cu),分别用τ_1和τ_2表示。确定体系中存在7个稳定二元化合物Fe_2Zr、FeZr_3、CuZr_2、Cu_(10)Zr_7、Cu_8Zr_3、Cu_(51)Zr_(14)、Cu_5Zr,其中Cu_(51)Zr_(14)对第三组元表现出较大的固溶替代,体系中不存在Fe_(23)Zr_6相。
A 700 ℃ isothermal section of Zr-Fe-Cu ternary system was established by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDX) It is confirmed that there are two ternary solid solutions of Zr (Fe, Cu) and Zr_2 (Fe, Cu) in this section, which are represented by τ_1 and τ_2, respectively.
