本文在作者以前对空间尺寸链基本关系式推导的基础上,对空间尺寸链在机械制造中的应用作进一步的分析与论证。加工过程中的误差分析,有很多情况是属于空间误差的综合,所以本文推荐的计算方法适用范围很广;这篇文章简要说明定位误差的矢量矩阵分析,以及装配过程中部件的形位公差综合反映。文中所介绍的分析方法,改进了以往用平面几何和三角计算分析空间问题的局限性,能结合实际更确切地分析误差的综合。这种方法对研究制造误差,具有普遍意义。对机器结构的误差分析,精度分析同样具有应用的价值。
In this paper, based on the author’s previous derivation of the basic relationship of spatial dimensional chain, the further analysis and demonstration of the application of spatial dimension chain in mechanical manufacturing are carried out. Error analysis in the process of processing, there are many cases are integrated in the spatial error, so the calculation method recommended in this paper is very broad; this article briefly describes the vector matrix analysis of the positioning error, and the synthesis of the geometric tolerance of the components in the assembly process reflect. The analysis method introduced in this paper improves the limitations of the previous analysis of space problems by using plane geometry and trigonometry, and can combine the actual analysis of errors more accurately. This method has universal significance for studying manufacturing errors. For the error analysis of the machine structure, the accuracy analysis also has application value.
