应用单克隆与多克隆双抗体夹心法检测20例扩张型心肌病(DCM)18例肥厚型心肌病(HCM)及20例正常人(NC)的血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL—2R),同时测定了外周血自然杀伤细胞(NKC)活性,结果发现DCM组血清SIL—2R明显高于HCM及NC组(均P<0.001)、而NKC活性明显低于HCM及NC组(均P<0.001).HCM组的血清SIL—2R、NKC活性与NC组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05).提示包括血清SIL—2R在内的细胞功能紊乱参与了DCM的病理过程.
Serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor (SIL-2R) was detected in 18 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and 20 normal controls (NC) by dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) ). Meanwhile, the activity of natural killer cells (NKCs) in peripheral blood was measured. The results showed that the serum SIL-2R in DCM group was significantly higher than that in HCM and NC groups (all P <0.001), but NKC activity was significantly lower than that in HCM and NC groups <0.001) .However, there was no significant difference in serum SIL-2R and NKC activity between NC group and NC group (P> 0.05), suggesting that cell dysfunction including serum SIL-2R is involved in the pathological process of DCM.
