[目的]探讨复方消化酶联合伊托必利治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。[方法]将118例功能性消化不良患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组单用伊托必利治疗(50mg/次,3次/d),治疗组在对照组的基础上加服复方消化酶(2粒/次,3次/d)治疗,用药4周后对2组患者的临床疗效进行对比分析。[结果]治疗组总有效率为89.83%,对照组为76.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组均无明显不良反应发生。[结论]复方消化酶联合伊托必利治疗功能性消化不良安全有效。
[Objective] To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound digestive enzyme combined with itopride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. [Method] A total of 118 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with Itopride alone (50mg / time, 3 times / d). The treatment group was served on the basis of the control group Compound digestive enzymes (2 capsules / time, 3 times / d) treatment, 4 weeks after treatment on the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. [Results] The total effective rate was 89.83% in the treatment group and 76.27% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. [Conclusion] Combined digestive enzyme combined with itopril is safe and effective in treating functional dyspepsia.
