为了加快推进职业院校与企业的合作,培养高素质劳动者和高技能人才,增强职业教育服务地方经济和社会发展的能力,地(市)级地方人民政府应组织制定《职业教育校企合作促进条例》,界定职业教育校企合作的内涵,明确教育、人社、发改、经济、贸易、农业、科技等相关部门的职责,明确企业参与职业教育的社会责任、职业院校的权利与义务、完善校企合作的政策措施及相关法律责任,为职业教育校企合作提供支持和保障。
