终身教育的实现、学习型社会的建设都离不开成人教育,成人教育不仅满足了个人价值的提升与实现,也满足了社会的发展需求。目前,我国处于经济转型期,为成人教育的发展提供了有利的条件。成人教育在其发展过程中,也暴露出诸多问题,正逐渐走入低谷。通过对民办高校办学理念口号化、教育模式单一、师资队伍不完善、法人治理结构不健全等存在问题的分析,说明这些问题已严重制约了民办高校成人教育的发展,针对这些现象进行探究,提出了民办高校成人教育的发展策略。
The realization of lifelong education and the construction of a learning society can not be separated from adult education. Adult education not only satisfies the promotion and realization of personal values but also meets the development needs of the society. At present, our country is in an economic transition period, which provides favorable conditions for the development of adult education. Adult education has also exposed many problems in its development and is gradually entering the trough. Through the analysis of the existing problems such as the slogan of running a school, the single model of education, the imperfect faculty, and the imperfect corporate governance structure, it shows that these problems have severely restricted the development of adult education in private colleges and universities and explored these phenomena.
