改革开放的春风劲吹神州大地,我国的社会主义事业正沿着有中国特色的社会主义道路胜利前进。作为社会的基础设施,我国的通信事业受到党和国家高度重视,已经获得了空前的发展。在胜利结束治理整顿,进入社会主义建设新时期的形势下,为适应通信大发展的需要,经上级批准,从本期起本刊由四川省通信学会、四川省邮电科学研究所和四川省邮电科技情报中心站共同主办,同时刊名改为《四川通信技术》。改刊后,本刊作为全省性的通信技术刊物,将扩大报道和发行范围,为全省各部门的通信建设服务。
The spring winds of reform and opening up are all over China. The cause of socialism in our country is proceeding along the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics. As the infrastructure of society, the communications cause in our country has been given the highest priority by the party and the state and has enjoyed unprecedented growth. In order to meet the needs of the great development of communications under the situation of ending the triumph of rectification and entering the new era of building socialism and being approved by the higher authorities, this issue is published by the Sichuan Communications Institute, the Sichuan Posts and Telecommunications Scientific Research Institute and the Sichuan Post and Telecommunication Science and Technology Information Center co-host, at the same time title changed to “Sichuan Communication Technology.” After the re-issue of the magazine, as a province-wide newsletter of communications technologies, the magazine will expand its coverage and distribution scope to serve the communications construction in all departments in the province.
