实验用HQ钢的控轧控冷实验表明,典型组织为多边形铁素体+粒状贝氏体。终轧温度、终冷温度和冷却速度等工艺参数对钢材的组织性能有很大的影响,可以通过各参数的合理组合,在提高强度的同时又提高韧性。
Experimental controlled rolling HQ steel cooling control experiments show that the typical structure of polygonal ferrite + granular bainite. The finishing parameters such as finishing temperature, final cooling temperature and cooling rate have a great influence on the microstructure and properties of steel. The reasonable combination of each parameter can improve the strength and improve the toughness at the same time.
