恶性血管外皮瘤是少见的软组织肿瘤,我院1975～1989年收治10例,均经病理证实,现报告如下。 临床资料 10例恶性血管外皮瘤中,男6例、女4例。年龄12～67岁。多数在半年内来诊。肿瘤位于下肢3例,腹膜后及上肢各2例,颈部、胸壁、盆腔各1例。临床表现。均以无痛性肿块就诊。瘤体最大径均超过5cm,多位于深肌层或深部组织内。2例肢体部瘤体表面静
Malignant hemangiopericytoma is a rare soft tissue tumor, our hospital from 1975 to 1989, 10 cases were confirmed by pathology, are as follows. Clinical data of 10 cases of malignant hemangiopericytoma, 6 males and 4 females. Aged 12 to 67 years old. Most come to visit within six months. The tumor was located in 3 cases of lower extremity, 2 cases of retroperitoneum and upper extremity, 1 case of neck, chest wall and pelvic cavity respectively. Clinical manifestations. Painless mass were treated. The largest diameter of tumor were more than 5cm, mostly located in deep muscle or deep tissue. 2 cases of limb tumor surface static
