近来一段时间,国外针对我国的“贸易保护”行为可谓频繁,美国无缝钢管“双反”调查及输欧无缝钢管被征收17.7%至39.2%的反倾销税等事件,更是产生了极大的影响。或许改变原先的贸易激励政策将更好地缓解一系列矛盾。
Recently, the “foreign trade protection” behavior directed against foreign countries has been frequent.
