目的:探讨支撑喉镜下平阳霉素联合地塞米松局部注射治疗下咽及喉部巨大血管瘤的方法及疗效。方法:采用平阳霉素联合地塞米松在支撑喉镜下局部注射治疗下咽及喉部巨大血管瘤。结果:16例患者中,注射3次4例,注射4次3例,注射5次9例。治愈12例(75%),显效4例(25%)。结论:支撑喉镜下平阳霉素联合地塞米松局部注射治疗下咽及喉部巨大血管瘤是一种安全、疗效佳、创伤小的方法。
Objective: To investigate the method and effect of local injection of pingyangmycin and dexamethasone in the treatment of hypopharyngeal and laryngeal giant hemangiomas under the laryngoscope. Methods: Bleomycin and dexamethasone were injected locally under the support laryngoscope for hypopharyngeal and laryngeal giant hemangiomas. Results: Of the 16 patients, 4 were injected 3 times, 3 were injected 4 times and 9 were injected 5 times. 12 cases were cured (75%), 4 cases were markedly effective (25%). Conclusion: Local injection of pingyangmycin combined with dexamethasone under the support laryngoscope is a safe, effective and less traumatic method for the treatment of hypopharyngeal and laryngeal giant hemangiomas.
