系统地研究了乙烯受体抑制剂1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)处理后,桃果肉细胞超微结构的变化。结果表明,1-MCP能够维持冷藏桃果贮藏后期果肉细胞的完整性,保护多酚氧化酶与酚类物质的区域化分布,延缓桃果褐变。
The changes of the ultrastructure of peach pulp cells were systematically investigated after treatment with 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP), an ethylene receptor inhibitor. The results showed that 1-MCP could maintain the integrity of the pulp cells in post-storage peach fruits, protect the regional distribution of polyphenol oxidase and phenolics, and delay the browning of peach fruit.
