前言为了确定合理的刀片槽型及几何参数应从三方面进行试验和分析: 1、切屑形状及断屑范围的分析; 2、切削力的测定及分析; 3、刀具磨损及耐用度的试验及分析; 其中第一项是使用刀具的前提,第三项是刀片切削性能的主要标志。但是对于重型机床加工,切削力比较大,为了保证可转位重型刀具的合理使用,不崩刃,对切削力的变化也不能忽略。
