近年来,我国蘑菇生产有很大发展,总产量增加很快。但是平均单产增加不快,各地区、各菇房之间的单产水平,相差十分悬殊,高的可达3斤多,低的不到半斤。究其原因是多方面的,如栽培管理、培养料素质、菌种质量、病虫害防治等,都会影响蘑菇产量。本人认为,在种植蘑菇老区中,影响单产大幅度提高的关键是培养料素质较差,主要表现在以下几方面。
