赏识教育就是指在教育教学过程中,对学生的进步与成功予以重视和赞扬的教育。本文从探讨体育教学自主性学习中应用赏识教育的意义出发,认为赏识教育可以维护学生自尊,建立和谐关系,同时还可以培养学生的独立性和耐挫力。其次,善用赏识教育,激发学生自主性学习。最后,选择正确的时机实施赏识教育,以激发学生学习的动机,使其潜能觉醒。
Appreciation education refers to the education and teaching process, the progress and success of students to attach importance to and praise of education. Starting from the significance of applying appreciation education in the independent study of PE teaching, this article thinks that appreciation education can maintain the self-esteem of students and establish the harmonious relationship, at the same time, it can also cultivate students' independence and frustration resistance. Second, make good use of appreciation education to stimulate students' autonomous learning. Finally, choose the right time to implement appreciation education to motivate students to learn and make their potential awaken.
