利用小型五孔探针测量了不同工况下单级跨声轴流压气机弯曲静叶出口三维流场。结果表明,静子出口有明显的尾迹特性,其对后排叶片的影响不容忽视。静叶角度调节对静子叶片出口气流角及尾迹形状有较大的影响。弯曲叶片对端壁角区低能流体具有径向迁徙作用,有利于提高压气机扩压能力。叶尖、叶根及静叶吸力面侧尾迹区,是高阻滞、高损失、高涡量区。径向速度在叶根及叶尖呈现较大的周向不均匀度,切向速度、轴向速度在叶根也存在较大的周向不均匀度。
The small five-hole probe was used to measure the three-dimensional flow field at the outlet of the curved vane of a single-stage transonic axial compressor under different operating conditions. The results show that there are obvious wake characteristics at the exit of the stator, and its influence on the rear blades can not be neglected. The regulation of static vane angle has a great influence on the outlet airflow angle and wake shape of vane. The curved blade has a radial migration effect on the low-energy fluid in the corner area of the end wall, which is beneficial to improve the compressor’s expansion capacity. Leaf tip, leaf root and static leaf suction surface wake area, is a high retardation, high loss, high vorticity area. The radial velocity showed a large circumferential unevenness in the root and the tip of the blade. The tangential velocity and the axial velocity also had large circumferential unevenness in the root of the blade.
