科学发展,人的发展至上!关注弱势人群与提升低层是发展的要务。新生代农民工属底边族群,大力培训新生代农民工、提升其质量、改善其生活水平,关乎社会公平(权利、机会和规则等公平)与发展的品质;此培训是谋民生利、解民生忧之实务。农民工由生存到生活、由农民成为工人和高绩效工人接受系统地培训不可或缺!培训新生代农民工对个人、对企业、对社会及发展均有积极意义与促进作用,有效培训是农民工与社会发展之诉求,培训具有的正能量不容低估。
Scientific development and human development are paramount! It is an important task for development to pay attention to vulnerable groups and to upgrade the lower level. The new generation of migrant workers belong to the bottom groups, vigorously train the new generation of migrant workers to enhance their quality and improve their standard of living, related to social equity (rights, opportunities and rules of fairness) and the quality of development; this training is the people’s livelihood, solution People’s livelihood concerns the practice. Migrant workers from subsistence to life and farmers as workers and high-performing workers should be systematically trained indispensably! Training the new generation of migrant workers has positive and positive effects on individuals, enterprises, society and development. Effective training is a farmer’s Workers and the demands of social development, training should have positive energy can not be underestimated.
