本文首次报道了小麦条锈菌吸器母细胞侵入胞间菌丝这一异常现象。电镜观察发现吸器母细胞形成的入侵栓已侵入胞间菌丝细胞的胞壁,入侵栓的超微结构与形成于寄主细胞壁上的一致。由于入侵栓的侵入,使得胞间菌丝细胞壁的内层与其外层相分离。
This article for the first time reported the abnormal phenomenon that wheat stripe rust germ cells invaded mycelium. Electron microscopy showed that the invasion plugs formed by the aspirate blast cells had invaded the cell wall of the intercellular mycelial cells, and the ultrastructure of the invasive plugs was consistent with that formed on the host cell wall. Due to invasion of invaders, the inner layer of the intercellular mycelial cell wall is separated from the outer layer.
