态度学习理论指出态度由认知、行为倾向和情感三种成分构成,其习得是价值内化过程,从低到高要经历接受、反应、价值评价、组织到性格化等阶段.情感是态度的一种成分,是态度习得的核心中介,不是可以习得的学习结果;当个体对某一对象的态度内化达到“性格化”阶段,该态度要求表现出的行为对个体具有最大价值,是为个体的价值观.学校中对科学态度的培养,无论是亲历学习、还是替代学习,都需要学生体验到不同态度要求行为相冲突的情景,并经历所学态度价值显性化的阶段.鉴于态度目标达成的不确定性,对学校教育中科学态度培养目标的设定应适度.
