在当今社会,人力资源已经成为一个企业重要的战略资源,如何将企业所需要的人才进行有效地管理,如何建立科学有效的考核系统,如何全面深入地开展企业文化和职工培训都贯穿于企业改革发展的始终,本文以绩效考核为切入点,以笔者所在的省管国有企业为例,就国有企业绩效考核对人力资源发展的影响作简要分析。
