清河县地处河北省黑龙港流域,80年代初期是全省18个落后县之一,经过10年的艰苦努力,一跃成为全省闻名的先进富裕县。1994年全县人均国民生产总值为4200元,农民人均纯收入1-409元,位居全省前列。清河的崛起,不仅使清河人摆脱了贫困,走上了致富之路,更重要的是为我省发展县域经济探索出一条有效的途径。本文旨在通过对清河这一典型例子的解剖,从中寻求出一些发展县域经济的规律性东西,以供借鉴。
Qinghe County is located in the Heilongjiang River Basin in Hebei Province. In the early 1980s, it was one of 18 backward counties in the province. After 10 years of hard work, Qinghe County became the province’s well-known advanced rich county. In 1994, the per capita gross national product of the entire county was 4,200 yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 1-409 yuan, ranking the top in the province. The rise of Qinghe not only helped Qinghe people get rid of poverty but embarked on a road to prosperity. More importantly, it explored an effective way for the development of county economy in our province. The purpose of this paper is to dissect the typical example of Qinghe from which we can find out some regularities for developing county economy for reference.
