往复螺杆是化纤机械的重要部件,其结构如图1所示。这种螺杆每年需要量大,在普通铣床上加工时精度差,效率低,不能满足生产要求。为了解决这种工件的加工,我们在C616车床上增设了靠模和自动进刀装置等,生产效率可提高4~6倍,工件的精度、光洁度也有明显的提高,同时可减轻工人的劳动强度。改装后的C616车床加工情况如图2所示。
Reciprocating screw is an important part of chemical fiber machinery, the structure shown in Figure 1. This screw requires a large amount each year, when machining precision in ordinary milling poor, low efficiency, can not meet the production requirements. In order to solve the processing of this kind of workpiece, we have set up a model and automatic feed device on the C616 lathe, the production efficiency can be increased by 4 ~ 6 times, the precision and finish of the workpiece are obviously improved, meanwhile the labor intensity of the workers can be lightened . Modified C616 lathe processing shown in Figure 2.
