A retrospective analysis of 278 patients with congestive heart failure in patients with ventricular arrhythmias clinical significance. The results showed that with the deterioration of cardiac function, hypokalemia was more likely to occur premature ventricular contractions (P <0.001); dilated cardiomyopathy was highly sensitive to hypokalemia and was associated with other etiologies (coronary heart disease, hypertension and rheumatic heart disease) There was significant statistical significance (P≤0.01). Proposed treatment of congestive heart failure should pay close attention to the dynamic balance of electrolytes, an appropriate amount of potassium and magnesium supplements can reduce the incidence of ventricular arrhythmias and improve cardiac function.
