在市场经济社会中,对管理者的管理不能通过具体的个人或政府的直接干预来完成,管理的成败和管理过程的。廉洁与否,主要取决于管理者必备的品质和管理能力,管理者的行为和责任心,以及管理质量等,本文对如何在社会主义市场经济条件下,建立医院管理道德标准,引导管理者遵循党和政府制定的工作方针,形成新的道德风尚,进行了深入研究,提出了可行性的模型。 在市场经济社会中,医院的根本目的,应该是在不违背社会主义卫生事业性质、社会法律和法规的前提下,来争取本单位自身的最佳效益,我们如何在社会主义市场经济条件下,建立医院管理道德标准,引导管理者遵循党和政府制定的工作方针,形成新的道德风尚,是1996年伊始全社会关注和议论的焦点,是当前医院科学管理的一个重大研究课题。
In the market economy and society, the management of managers cannot be accomplished through the direct intervention of specific individuals or governments, the success or failure of management, and the management process. Whether it is clean or not depends on the manager’s necessary quality and managerial ability, the manager’s behavior and responsibility, and the quality of management. This article guides how to establish a hospital management ethics standard under the conditions of a socialist market economy. Follow the working principles set by the party and the government, form a new moral trend, conduct in-depth research, and propose a feasible model. In the market economy and society, the basic purpose of a hospital should be to strive for the best benefits of the unit itself without violating the nature of socialist health undertakings and social laws and regulations. How do we operate under the socialist market economy? Establishing ethical standards for hospital management, guiding managers to follow the working principles set by the party and the government, and forming a new moral trend are the focus of attention and discussion in the entire society since the beginning of 1996. It is a major research topic of current hospital scientific management.
