人民日报社报刊综合楼索网幕墙结构属于超高曲面索网结构,鉴于此类结构拉索超长、索网整体呈曲面外形的特殊性,其设计和施工均不同于常规平面索网。重点阐述了该索网结构的设计和预应力施工,设计上采用了有限元法建立了包含边界结构的整体计算模型,针对此类超高曲面索网结构的特点,总结了设计要点,进行了多工况荷载组合计算,最终设计满足承载力和变形的要求。施工上,一方面将整片索网根据边界柱分为若干个区域,张拉时整体按照一边到另一边的顺序张拉,单个区域按照从两边到中间的顺序张拉;另一方面,通过将单根通长曲线拉索分8段来设计,以实现索网的造型和保证结构的安全。采用有限元软件对施工过程进行模拟计算分析,实际施工时采取监测手段来校核施工模拟计算的结果。实践证明文中所述的设计和施工方法切实可行,并取得了预期的建筑效果。

The finite element software was used to simulate and analyze the construction process. In the actual construction, the monitoring method was adopted to check the result of construction simulation. The practice proved that the design and construction methods described in this paper are feasible and have achieved the expected construction effect.
