本文试图从心理学、伦理学等角度展现对道德人格的发展产生影响的各种条件,并从社会和个体的角度出发,结合宏观背景与微观心灵互动探索优良道德人格的培养出路。最后,反观优良道德人格发展中的决定性因素—个体道德实践理性,进而强调现实的人类个体对客观社会的伦理现状进行主观能动性改造的积极实践意义。
This article attempts to demonstrate various conditions that affect the development of moral personality from the perspectives of psychology and ethics. From the social and individual perspectives, this article attempts to explore ways to cultivate good moral personality by combining macro-background with micro-psychic interaction. Lastly, by contrast, the decisive factor in the development of good moral personality - the individual moral practice rationality, and then emphasizes the positive and practical significance of realistic subjective initiative transformation by the actual human individual in the objective social ethical status quo.
