目的 :分析中药复方参仙升脉饮的配伍关系和配伍剂量 ,为中药方剂的君臣佐使理论及配伍剂量提供一些量化说理依据。方法 :给昆明种小白鼠尾静脉注射维拉帕米造成缓慢性心律失常模型 ,参仙升脉饮可升高该模型小鼠的心率。通过四因素三水平的正交试验表安排实验次数 ,以心率升高率为指标比较各因素、水平之间的差异。结果 :以各因素 (药物 )的最佳药效的剂量水平进行重新组合的新方 ,其药效较原方明显增强 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :通过实验因素 (药物 )的主次关系比较 ,对中药复方参仙升脉饮的配伍关系和配伍剂量进行分析 ,不仅为该新方的配伍关系提供了可信的说理依据 ,而且也为中药复方的优化精选提供了一个可行的方法。
Objective: To analyze the compatibility and compatibility of the traditional Chinese medicine compound Shenxian Shengmaiyin, and to provide some quantitative theoretical basis for the principle and compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions. METHODS: Injecting verapamil into the tail vein of Kunming mice resulted in a slow arrhythmia model. Shen Xian Sheng Mai Yin could increase the heart rate of the model mice. The number of experiments was arranged through the four-factor three-level orthogonal test table, and the rate of increase in heart rate was used as an index to compare the differences between various factors and levels. RESULTS: New prescriptions reconstituted at the optimal dose level for each factor (drug) were significantly more potent than the original one (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Through the comparison of the primary and secondary relationship of experimental factors (drugs), the analysis of the compatibility and compatibility of the Chinese herbal compound Shenxian Shengmai Yin not only provides a credible argument for the compatibility of the new party, but also The optimized selection of Chinese herbal compound provides a feasible method.
