近年来，国有企业职工的下岗再就业问题日益突出，引起了全社会的关注，并已成为当前经济生活中的头等太事．关系着国有企业改革的成败，关系着社会稳定和社会主义国家政权的巩固。笔者拟就这一问题谈谈自己的体会和一些粗浅的看法。
